The breakfast in the restaurant was exceptionally nice with a lovely view of the Alster. the location in a bustling shopping area was amazing, with a grocery shop and the main shopping center close by.

Perfect hotel, spent our time here lovely. Staff was super extremely accommodating and immensely pleasant. The property was in a great location close enough to the main centre of Hamburg, Hamburg and from Alster itself till the birds in the garden. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby La Pata Negra. We felt safe here and couldn't recommend more the place.

Big size and stylish room with a large bathroom and central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television. Had excellent service.

The breakfast they served was delicious, hot, and came with a beautiful view of the Alster. the staff provided amazing daily service! I stayed for 2 days and seriously didn't want to leave, would totally come back again. 😊

The staff at Hotel Alsterblick was incredibly friendly and attentive, even answering calls late at night. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Außenalster and within walking distance of all the attractions. the decor had a charming and authentic feel, giving the hotel a unique character.

The hotel's location was great as it was near a lake and offered stunning views. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the surroundings. The room had a warm and cozy vibe which made us feel comfortable during our stay. the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

The room was not well-maintained and looked old and outdated. The lack of staff and cleanliness was concerning, especially during these times.
